14/20“Beforehand” y “Afterward” son dos adverbios de tiempo. Son antónimos o con significado opuesto el uno al otro que puedes utilizar para expresar acciones en determinados momentos en el tiempo .
Usos de ‘beforehand’ y ‘afterwards’
- Beforehand: implica un tiempo más temprano o precedente.
- Afterward: implica un tiempo posterior o sucesivo.
Beforehand = De antemano
Afterward = Después
Ejemplos de uso de ‘beforehand’ y ‘afterwards’
Veamos algunos ejemplos:
- She called me beforehand to let me know she was coming.
