Es momento de practicar tu reading y speaking. Lee el siguiente texto, de preferencia en voz alta, para practicar también tu pronunciación. Anota las palabras que no conozcas, búscalas en el diccionario y haz una lista de las mismas para ampliar poco a poco tu vocabulario.

Radio Host: Good evening, dear listeners. I am so eager for you guys to meet our guest for today. He is well known for his music and talent with his guitar, as well as his amazing voice and shows. The time has arrived for you to meet him… And here he is with us… Mr. Cory Styles!

Artist: Thank you, Brian. I am very happy to be here.

Radio Host: You are welcome, Cory. Any time you like. I know everyone is so eager for you to start touring the new album. Can you tell us when that is happening?

Artist: Of course. The tour is scheduled to start in Montana in October. I can’t wait for all the audience to join us in singing and having a great time.

Radio Host: Amazing! That is great news! Artist: I am also delighted for all the audience to listen to the new style and tracks, as well as the classic songs.

Radio Host: Oh yeah! And tell us… Is it normal for you to write songs on the new guitar? Have you had any problems with it?

Artist: No, not at all. I think it was vital for me to change to a more modern sound, and I think it shows my growth as a musician.

Radio Host: Ok, gotcha. Are you touring Canada and Alaska as well?

Artist: Unfortunately not this year. It is impossible for me to stand the cold winter weather. Next year in summer, for sure.

Radio Host: One more thing, Cory. You’ve been singing for 5 straight years now. How are you taking care of your voice? It is crucial for all the up and coming artists to know your secret, so they can stay healthy too.

Artist: Well, it is important for me to have a healthy diet first, and then also it is mandatory for me to warm up 20 minutes before starting the actual shows.

Radio Host: Great advice! Thank you, Cory. There you have it, folks. It was such a pleasure for me to have you today, Cory. I hope the tour goes well.
