Too y enough son palabras que se usan para mejorar o limitar el significado de un adverbio.
Los adverbios de modo (adverbs of manner) indican cómo se realiza una acción y se dividen en regulares, que se forman añadiendo -ly al adjetivo; y en irregulares, que varían con respecto al adjetivo.

Too hace referencia a que algo es más que suficiente (demasiado rápido) o menos que la necesaria (demasiado lento), siempre en una oración positiva en un contexto negativo.

Enough se utiliza para referirse a la cantidad de algo, es suficiente en una oración positiva, o insuficiente en una oración negativa.
