I answered the questions based on my experience with Graphic Design.
For strengths:

• I think one of my strengths is to be proactive, as I plan and organize activities in order to avoid negative situations or losses.
• I think one of my strengths is being organized, working in an organized and clean way. I like to work using the 5s method, as it helps to make the job easier.
• I consider myself a creative person, always with ideas to improve the day to day.

For Weaknesses:

• Although I enjoy working as a team, I am an introvert when I am in a new environment.
• I consider myself a shy person, but as I get to know people I become more open.

When do you feel confident?
I feel confident when I can prepare for situations.

What are your qualities?
My qualities are creative, I am very proactive and organized.

Why do you think this company needs you?
I think the company needs me because I have experience with Graphic Design.

How can you exceed the position expectations?
I can exceed the expectations of this position with the experience I have in working with content creation and knowing how to work as a team.

• I’m very creative and have amazing ideas of projects and about how to solve problems

• I’m very perfeccionist, so I take a lot of time trying to do the things the best way possible, and because of this I’m a little slow to finish a work

1. Sometimes, when I have too much stress, I get too sensitive.
2. I consider that sometimes when I get stuck into something for so long, I can be frustrated.

Because they need someone to do something a specific task, so I think that I can help them, also, I guess this it´s a great opportunity for me and the company grow together.

I can bring new ideas to my team, try to find new ways to do something, everything that I think could improve the company or make the work better I will do.

• Sometimes I can be a little sensitive when I have to much stress or when I’m underlying pressure

• I think that I’m not too much organized because sometimes I do many things in the same time and I forget to organize the place around me
