Qué son las reuniones “daily”

Las dailys son reuniones diarias que duran poco donde todo el equipo expone brevemente su trabajo.

• You have some tasks in progress now, to keep everyone in the loop, you conduct a quick stand-up meeting every day.
• A stand-up meeting should:
  • Track your progress.
  • Update your burn-down rate.
  • Update tasks.
  • Talk about what happened yesterday and what’s going to happen today.
  • Bring up any issues.
  • Last between 5 and 15 minutes.
  • A daily stand-up meeting should keep everyone motivated, keep your board up to date and highlight any problems early.

Analizar y diseñar

Antes de empezar a codificar un software, el líder técnico, o el programador más experimentado, debe analizar y diseñar el mismo. Planificar su arquitectura e infraestructura.

• Analyzing and designing your software as things start coming up is an integral part of the software development process.
• The ability to pivot after seeing necessities that may arise on the fly will demonstrate your readiness and adaptability.

Modelando tu diseño

Rara vez los requerimientos de un proyecto son claros y no cambian. El diseño de tu software tiene que estar preparado para modificaciones inesperadas.

• Once you realize there are things you need to change, then you will need to model your design to fit the new requirement.
• Modifications might force you to add or delete tasks from your backlog.
• They might have an impact on the overall estimate for the project.

Planifica no solo tu software, también las reuniones que tendrás cada semana. Tener claridad con tu equipo y cliente sobre qué día y a qué hora tendrán reuniones y cuál será el objetivo de esta.
