5 consejos para lidiar con el rechazo

Veamos a continuación cómo preparase mentalmente para el rechazo y lidiar con el mismo.

Advice Description
Emotions are ok! If you feel stressed or angry, it’s OK. Take time to cool off and relax. Allow to yourself feel for a moment and later go ahead.
Ask for support. Speak with your family or friends, and go to therapy if you need it. Even take some time alone.
Focus on your current situation. Put your focus on your life, in your complete situation. This rejection isn’t the final. Continue searching your dream job.
You are the best! Think about your strengths and take care of your self-esteem. It’s very good for you to improve emotionally.
Keep going. The path to your goals isn’t straight. It’s a winding path. You will have ups, you will have downs. Only keep going.
